General information

All products are sold by WalkingArt (Business ID 1925854-6). All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

How to order

All orders placed through the Shopping Cart will be confirmed by email indicating the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.

The Customer must comply with the terms of delivery applicable to each order.

Order confirmation

We will send you an order confirmation by email showing:

  • order number
  • customer number
  • total cost
  • products ordered
  • shipping address

Payment methods

With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards, Jousto and Mash.

The products and shipping costs will be paid when ordering.

We will process your order during office opening hours after payment has been made.

Delivery time

We usually ship products every business day. Mailing typically takes 1-3 business days. 

Shipping method and shipping costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. You can view shipping costs in your shopping cart and invoice summary. We deliver orders by Posti or by Matkahuolto. You can follow the shipment with a tracking ID.

Exchange and return terms

The customer has a 14-day replacement and return policy under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and resellable products in their original packaging. The customer pays the return costs. 

Please include the following information with your return:

  • Your customer number
  • name, address,
  • phone number
  • your bank account
  • and a copy of the order confirmation

Once the refund is approved, the money will be returned directly to your account.

Problems with transportation and defective products

If the product is lost during shipment, damaged or a wrong product has been supplied to the customer, the customer must immediately report the error to info@walkingart.fi. 

Notification of defective delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately complained to the shipping carrier.

We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Prior to placing an order, the customer must read the applicable delivery terms.
